All personal training sessions are private and at a location of your choice. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be purchased individually or are available in packages for a discounted price. We will focus on strength training, functional fitness,
& conditioning.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS &
CONDITIONING
Functional fitness focuses on exercises that target the same muscles needed for every day activities. We will work towards your goals while continuing to improve your cardiovascular system.
